General information and conditions

The booked room and services are available on the day of arrival from 2:00 pm and on the day of departure until 10:30 am.

The Municipality of Castiglione del Lago applies a tourist tax of € 0.80 per person per night (under 14 years of age) for a maximum of 5 nights which will be collected in cash at the property.

Late check-out: upon request, and according to availability, you can postpone the check-out on the day of departure at 18.00 at a cost of Euro 25.00 per person.

Reservation confirmation

The reservation is confirmed if received in writing and followed by the payment of a deposit. The payment of the deposit can be made by postal order, bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation conditions

In line with European standards and in the absence of other agreements, in the event of cancellation under the following date, the following penalties will be charged (% of total stay):

• within 10 days from the date of arrival 0%,
• from 9 to 3 days before the arrival date 50%,
• from 2 days before the arrival date 75%,
• no 100% show.
